		<description>Amazon.com is an irony in itself -- ever try validating their site? Messy. But ... I don&#039;t think I&#039;ve *ever* stumbled across a 404 or glaring error on their site ... and talk about cross-browser compatibility, not to mention how well their site adjusts from 1024 up to double that the last time I checked (if I remember correctly).

I&#039;d still like them to validate it, though ... but what can you do? :)</description>

		<description>Very good points indeed.  By the way, the fact that the title on your banner is unreadable (the text is the same color as the background graphic) is a good case-in-point; I suggest lightening up the text somewhat.  As it is, it actually serves to make the topic of your essay a bit ironic.</description>
